The route can be taken via the T14 trail, starting from Vila do Abraão, which is 8,150 meters long and takes an average of 2 hours and 40 minutes to Praia de Dois Rios. From there, you'll need to access the T15 trail, which is 2,400 meters long and takes an average of 1 hour and 20 minutes to Praia do Caxadaço. It's a route that requires physical fitness and a lot of stamina. At Praia de Dois Rios, during high season, there are usually fast boats that take tourists back to Abraão, but it's not possible to be 100% sure they'll be there.
